COST OF WORKSHOP / PAYMENT TERMS

If you choose to have materials provided, you'll receive a separate invoice

Since all the rooms are doubles (with en-suite bathrooms), it is possible to have your spouse or partner

accompany you.

Registration and Deposit:

Securing your spot in this workshop requires a non-refundable deposit of $1000. This deposit guarantees your registration and confirms your participation. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee your spot. Payment of the deposit signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions and forms a binding contract between you and Blandino Inc.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

We require a non refundable deposit $1,000 upon registration, this applies to the total cost of the workshop.  The final balance is due and payable 45 days before the workshop begins. Full payment is due and there will be no refunds on the full amount owed if you cancel after final payment. We ask that you make your first deposit payment ($1000) using the sign-up button of this web page using a credit card or via PayPal. If you would like to pay by another method, use the contact form on this page to ask Us about options for sending a personal check or bank transfer. Because cancellations require us to re-open enrollment and/or to engage in additional promotional efforts to fill the workshop on short notice, our policy is that there will be no refunds of the deposit. The balance (minus the non-refundable deposit) is refundable up to the 45-day deadline. Thereafter, the balance is also non-refundable, with one exception: if we find participants to fill all canceled spaces and the workshop is ultimately full when it begins, then you will receive a refund of the balance within two weeks of the workshop’s conclusion, or if you find someone to replace your spot. All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Once we've received your deposit, you will be invoiced separately for the remaining balances due on the dates listed above. 

While your $1,000 deposit is non-refundable, feel free to apply it towards a different workshop on our website or any other item in our catalogue if you cancel before your balance is due.

  • All Art Supplies (Optional Expense): Choose from our comprehensive selection of canvases, paints, and studio materials for an additional $300-$400. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own preferred supplies.

  • Culinary Delights: Savor every meal with breakfast, lunch, and dinners prepared by renowned local chef, Fabrizio Magnani. Enjoy snacks throughout the day and unwind with wine during aperitivi and dinners.

  • Exploring the Region: Embark on a tour of the charming Pietra Santa and a guided exploration of historic Lucca.

  • Convenient Transportation: Let us handle the logistics! Round-trip transfers from Lucca station ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

  • Warm Hospitality: Experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of our host, Ben, who will ensure your comfort and enjoyment throughout your stay.



WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
 

Please note that it does not include the following expenses in the workshop fee:

  • Airfare & Trip insurance: Please arrange and cover the cost of these individually.

  • Transportation: Transportation within Italy (trains, minibuses, private drivers, taxis) and any sightseeing trip fees are your responsibility.

  • Restaurant dinners: While meals during your stay are included, some restaurant dinners may be at your own expense.

  • Paint brushes: We provide basic brushes, but please bring your favorite large brushes for optimal comfort and familiarity.

  • Personal items: Toiletries and other personal necessities are not included. Please pack accordingly.

 

Regarding Carmelo's availability:

  • Carmelo will be available for painting instruction during scheduled studio hours only. Outside these hours, he will be unavailable for individual guidance.
