Gascony France Workshop
July13th - July 20th, 2024
In Collaboration with Slow Life in France...
Experience the beautiful landscapes and villages of Southern France with Carmelo Blandino and
this all-inclusive experience at Annie Jacquet Bentley's Le Presbytère.

7 days of Slow Life in France, where participants will enjoy developing their sketchbook practices while awakening all of their senses in Gascony's picturesque region. This workshop celebrates the sketchbook arts while advancing your observational skills and aesthetic eye of the surrounding flora and fauna.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Carmelo invites participating artists to immerse themselves in this unique workshop. The approach is unlike any other of his workshops. Here, you will learn to absorb, observe, and be one with your subject matter. The sketchbook arts have been a continual studio practice of Carmelo's artistic breadth, and he invites you to France to learn how. Students will be tasked with keeping a sketchbook to document their stay in France, which will aid them in the future as they continue their artistic journey.
