BLANDINO MASTER WORKSHOPS

Terms, Conditions, and Policies 2025 

1. WORKSHOP DETAILS 
Location: 1719 Trade Center Way, Unit 5, Naples, Florida 34109 
Course Fee: $925 USD 
Payment Terms: Full balance due 30 days prior to workshop date 

2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT 
By submitting payment, participants ("Student") acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement with Blandino Inc. and Carmelo Blandino ("Instructor"). 

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

A. Student-Initiated Cancellations: 
- 15+ days before workshop: 
  • Option to transfer registration to another participant 
  • Option to receive a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months 
- Less than 15 days before workshop: 
  • No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued 
  • No exceptions for personal emergencies or schedule conflicts 

B. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations: 
- Full non-refundable credit valid for 12 months 
- Credit applicable to future workshops or retail purchases 
- Blandino Inc. is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses 

4. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE 
- Workshops may be canceled due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control 
- Students must verify workshop status during inclement weather 
- Weather-related student cancellations follow standard cancellation policies 
- Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions) follow instructor-initiated cancellation policies 

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY 
- Students are required to maintain their own health and travel insurance 
- Students must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to workshop 
- Students agree to follow all studio safety protocols and guidelines 
- Blandino Inc. is not liable for any injuries or accidents during the workshop 

6. STUDIO CONDUCT AND REMOVAL POLICY 
- Instructor reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund 
- Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to: 
  • Harassment of any kind 
  • Disruptive behavior affecting other participants 
  • Failure to follow safety protocols 
  • Violation of studio rules 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MEDIA POLICY 

A. Ownership Rights 
- All classroom demonstrations, instructional materials, techniques, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Carmelo Blandino and Blandino Inc. 
- Artwork created by students during the workshop belongs to the respective student 
- Demonstration pieces created by the instructor remain the property of Carmelo Blandino and Blandino Inc. 

B. Commercial Use Definition 
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: 
- Using workshop content in paid teaching or instructional settings 
- Creating and selling instructional materials based on workshop content 
- Using workshop demonstrations or techniques in paid online content 
- Incorporating workshop methods into commercial art courses or programs 
- Using workshop content in any form that generates revenue 

C. Permission Requests 
To request permission for commercial use: 
1. Submit written request to carmelo@carmeloblandino.com 
2. Include in your request: 
  - Specific content you wish to use 
  - Intended purpose and platform 
  - Duration of use 
  - Monetization details 
  - Proposed attribution method 
3. Allow 30 business days for review 
4. Written approval must be obtained before any commercial use 

D. Student vs. Demonstration Work 
- Student Work: 
  • Artwork created by students during workshops belongs to the student 
  • Students may sell, display, or use their own artwork commercially 
  • Students should credit "Technique learned at Blandino Master Workshops" when appropriate 

- Demonstration Work: 
  • Instructor demonstrations are teaching tools and remain intellectual property of Blandino Inc. 
  • Photos/videos of demonstrations are for personal reference only 
  • Reproduction or teaching of demonstration techniques requires written permission 

E. Social Media Guidelines 
When sharing workshop content: 

Required Attribution: 
- Instagram: Tag @carmeloblandinoart 
- Use hashtag #carmeloblandino 
- Specify "Learned at Blandino Master Workshops" 

Acceptable Content for Sharing: 
- Personal artwork created during workshop 
- Workshop environment and experience 
- Brief clips of demonstrations with proper attribution 
- Photos with fellow students (with their permission) 

Prohibited Content: 
- Full-length demonstration videos 
- Detailed technical instruction content 
- Workshop materials and handouts 
- Private conversations or consultations 

F. Usage Rights 
Blandino Inc. reserves the right to: 
- Repost and share student workshop content that includes proper attribution 
- Request removal of content that violates these terms 
- Revoke sharing privileges for policy violations 
- Use student testimonials and workshop photos for promotional purposes 

8. COMMUNICATION AND PERMISSIONS 
All workshop-related communications, including permission requests and cancellations, must be directed to:

Response time: Within 48 business hours 

9. VENUE AND JURISDICTION 
This agreement is governed by Florida state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Naples, Florida courts. 

10. SEVERABILITY 
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. 

11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT 
By registering for a workshop, students acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
