Cancellation Policy for Three-Day Painting Workshop By booking a spot in the three-day painting workshop, you agree to the following terms: Payment Requirement: All classes must be paid in full prior to the start of the workshop. Your spot is only confirmed once full payment is received. Non-Refundable Booking Fee: The booking fee for the workshop is non-refundable. Once paid, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Course Transfer: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your credit to another participant. A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to facilitate the transfer and find a replacement. A 10% fee will be deducted from the original cost to cover the extra effort involved in securing a replacement. Credit Validity: If you choose not to transfer your credit, the fee will remain valid for one year from the original booking date. During this period, you may apply the booking fee to other workshops, courses, or items available on the website. Class Conduct: To maintain a productive and respectful learning environment, any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Additionally, the use or consumption of alcohol during class is strictly prohibited. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
